1. Non-Refundable Services
All payments made to Buraq Matrimony for subscriptions, upgrades, or premium features are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Premium membership plans
Contact unlocks
Boosts or profile highlights
Personalized matchmaking services
Once payment is successfully processed, the amount is not eligible for refund, regardless of usage or matching results.
2. Exceptional Refunds (Case-by-Case Basis)
A refund may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
Duplicate Payment: If the same amount was charged more than once due to a technical issue.
Unprocessed Transaction: If payment was made but premium access was not activated.
Unauthorized Payment: If your account was charged without your consent (subject to investigation).
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at:

3. Refund Process
Once the refund is approved amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Buraq Matrimony reserves the right to deduct applicable processing or transaction fees.
4. No Guarantee of Matches
While we strive to provide genuine, verified, and serious profiles, we do not guarantee a successful match or marriage. The platform simply facilitates introductions — therefore, no refunds will be issued for unmet personal expectations or lack of suitable matches.
5. Account Termination or Misuse
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised policy.
